📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-away, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and efficiency.
