📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT hardware maintenance and support.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools, such as hardware diagnostics software and network analyzers.
