📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events.,Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations.,Managing event logistics including seating arrangements, catering, and equipment.,Providing excellent customer service to clients and guests.,Assisting in the setup and breakdown of event venues.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assisting in the preparation of event reports and documentation.,Supporting the Banquet Manager in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event management or a related field.,Proven experience in hospitality or customer service.,Good knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
