In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of technology solutions across our construction projects, including the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), drones, and other advanced tools.

• Lead the digital transformation of construction projects by implementing innovative technology solutions.
• Oversee the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for technology integration and drive workflow optimization.
• Develop and implement technology strategies to improve project delivery and quality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on the use of construction technology.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology solutions to ensure they meet project objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in construction technology.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network with professionals and promote our technology solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction technology, with a focus on BIM and other advanced tools.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid professional certifications in construction technology, such as BIM Manager, Lean Construction, or Project Management Professional (PMP).
