📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffees, using high-quality beans and premium equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of pastries and other baked goods, ensuring they are fresh and presented beautifully.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other food service equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and new products to offer innovative and exciting menu items.
• Participate in inventory management and follow food safety guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably as a Barista or in a similar position.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling and storage of food items.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods of time.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for coffee and baking.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer demand.
