📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively communicated.
• Support the HR Manager in organizing and executing HR-related events and initiatives.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
