📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the procurement process for hygiene products, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to optimize warehouse space and reduce holding costs.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth production and distribution processes.,Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve procurement performance.,Lead and mentor the PPIC team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement strategies.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role in the hygiene products industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes and achieving cost savings.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience working in the Bali region is a plus.
