📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design and development of new product innovations (NPI) and gas system solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of new products and systems.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to management.,Oversee the testing and validation of new products and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on NPI and gas system integration.,Strong knowledge of CAD software and mechanical design principles.,Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering and gas systems.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
