📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all site permit applications and renewals.,Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and standards.,Oversee the safety and efficiency of construction projects.,Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and government agencies.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with permit conditions.,Maintain accurate records and documentation of all permit activities.,Provide guidance and support to site personnel on permit requirements and procedures.,Handle any permit-related issues or disputes, ensuring timely resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site permit management and coordination.,Strong knowledge of local and national regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different sites.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
