In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong client relationships and has a proven track record in sales and account management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing client relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
