📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing inventory and stock levels using our inventory management software, including SAP.
• Process transactions and handle customer inquiries at the point of sale.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information and purchases.
• Support the team in organizing and maintaining the shop’s cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in preparing reports and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Learn and understand the operations of a retail environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in the organization of events and promotions to support the shop’s sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Availability to work full-time during the internship period.
