CV Widya Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Counter to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information and recommendations,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships,Support the sales team with any additional tasks as needed,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and customer service best practices,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written,Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed
