📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Gather and document user stories, use cases, and business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain business process models and workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements for existing systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and SQL to manage projects and ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Experience with insurance domain knowledge is a strong advantage.
