Liugong Machinery Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Call Center team for a 3-month project. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in customer service and sales. The intern will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering and directing customer calls to the appropriate department,Processing customer orders and inquiries accurately and efficiently,Providing product information and technical support to customers,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records,Assisting with the resolution of customer complaints and issues,Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction,Assisting with the organization and management of the call center,Participating in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or recent graduate,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good understanding of English (both written and spoken),Basic knowledge of customer service and sales principles,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proactive and adaptable attitude,Eagerness to learn and gain practical experience,Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
