📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring they align with the strategic objectives.,Leading and managing a team of managers and supervisors to achieve operational excellence.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Monitoring and analyzing financial performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management software is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
