📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing daily restaurant operations.,Oversee the work of staff members, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.,Monitor food and beverage inventory, and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Train and develop new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in preparing and cooking food when necessary.,Manage the restaurant's budget and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage a team and ensure high standards of service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
