As a Deputy Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our growing business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and plans.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating with HR and other departments.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews and maintaining records.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
