📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fueling.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their routes and any special instructions.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel usage.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving the fleet.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Attend to any emergency situations that may arise, such as breakdowns or accidents.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.🛠️ Keahlian
