📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire pre-opening process, ensuring all departments are aligned with the hotel's vision and goals.
• Manage daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Monitor budget and financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing pre-opening and opening phases of luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and industry best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
