Indonesia Plastic is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. The Store Operator will be responsible for managing the store's inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring accuracy and organization.,Assist customers with product selection and information, providing excellent customer service.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Monitor store performance metrics and report any issues to the supervisor.,Perform regular cleaning and organization of the store to maintain a pleasant shopping environment.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Handle online orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
