📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss restaurant performance and strategic initiatives.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food handling practices.,Provide excellent customer service to both guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
