📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality architectural solutions for luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Develop and oversee the design and construction processes, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative and sustainable architectural designs.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations to incorporate best practices into projects.
• Mentor and guide junior architects to ensure continuous improvement and skill development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction processes and materials, and the ability to work effectively with engineers and contractors.
