📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of mining sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.,Develop and implement operational plans to maximize productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of area managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess safety and operational performance.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring optimal use and cost-effectiveness.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations, with a proven track record in leading teams.,Strong understanding of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficiency in using mining software and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
