📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and team discussions to improve patient care and workflow.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
