Direct Pearl Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other procurement software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
