PT Inovasi Sri is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Cimahi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, support, and motivation.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Generate regular reports on store performance and sales data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
