📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B or beverage industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
