Moon Link Sentosa is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. You will work closely with various departments to support their operations and contribute to the overall success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's inventory system, including stock levels, orders, and deliveries.,Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage procurement and ordering processes.,Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for improvement.,Work with cross-functional teams to support their operational needs.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Proficiency in English is a must.
