📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels in the store.,Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Stay updated with the latest technological trends and industry developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the technology sector.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
