📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry leaders.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and management.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted outreach and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with high engagement rates.,Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Experience in using social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
