📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum and educational standards.,Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation.,Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.,Attend and participate in professional development activities and staff meetings as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards relevant to the subject area.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.,Commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.,Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
