Develop and maintain technical documentation for our laundry services and products,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user manuals, guides, and tutorials for our customers,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
