📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Generate sales leads through outbound and inbound calls,Maintain and grow customer relationships,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets,Provide excellent customer service and support,Conduct market research and gather customer feedback,Stay updated with industry trends and competitors,Collaborate with the sales team to drive team performance,Attend training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
