M&P Supervisor (Materials & Procurement) - Contract Position

As an M&P Supervisor, you’ll leverage tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems to manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and implement cost-saving strategies. With a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining Erajaya’s competitive edge in the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
• Conduct inventory audits and implement stock control measures to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Analyze market trends and forecast demand to optimize procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, such as cost savings, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in optimizing procurement processes and reducing costs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with procurement software like Ariba or Coupa.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and retail distribution industry.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
