📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily coffee and beverage operations across multiple outlets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Coffee Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee and beverage management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Certification in Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) or similar is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
