📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the company.
• Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage employee benefits and compensation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
