📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the trucking fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles.
• Coordinate with drivers, coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of the trucking fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all trucking operations, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management, providing insights into the performance of the trucking operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the trucking operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian road transportation regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
