📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy for digital and print media
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Support event planning and promotion activities, including pre-event marketing and post-event follow-ups
• Assist in the coordination of influencer collaborations and partnerships
• Maintain and update our digital marketing assets and databases
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
• Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Familiarity with graphic design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
