📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
• Drive sales and market our cutting-edge medical products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficacy through regular product training and education.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM systems to track sales performance and customer interactions.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and medical exhibitions to network and stay updated on the latest healthcare trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals and their patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
