📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.
• Manage and supervise a team of security personnel, providing training and development opportunities.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop security plans to mitigate potential threats.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security stakeholders to ensure effective response to security incidents.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance security measures and improve service excellence.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on security operations and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations management.
• Certification in security management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or similar.
• Proven experience in managing security teams and overseeing security operations.
• Strong knowledge of security regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stakes situations.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
