Daily, you'll manage schedules, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with our marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. With a team of 10-15 members, you'll use tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office to streamline operations and track progress.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 Merchandisers (MD), Sales Promoters (SPG), and Sales Representatives (SR)
• Set and monitor monthly and yearly sales targets, ensuring team performance aligns with company goals
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in assigned distributors
• Collaborate with regional managers to ensure cohesive sales efforts across Bali
• Manage schedules, promotions, and inventory to optimize sales performance
• Use Salesforce and Microsoft Office to track sales data and streamline operations
• Participate in promotional campaigns, ensuring sales efforts align with marketing initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of the retail and consumer products industry, with knowledge of local market trends in Bali
• Ability to travel within Bali to meet with distributors and monitor sales performance
• Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus
